Requirement Contract for Installation of V/C Floor Tile in Apartments- Development Name, Located in Manhattan Neighborhood (MN01), (MN02) and (MN03), Manhattan.

No Bid Security Required.

NYCHA intends to separately solicit and award a series of Eleven (11) requirement contracts for Installation of V/C Floor Tile in Apartments- Development Specific pursuant to RFQ#s: RFQ#s: 522136- LaGuardia Houses, 522137- Rutgers Houses, 522138-Smith Houses,  522139- Vladeck Houses, 522140- Baruch Houses, 522141- Gompers Houses Consolidation, 522142- Wald Houses, 522143- Chelsea Houses, 522144- Fulton Houses, 522145- Lower East Side (L.E.S.) Houses Consolidation and 522146-Riis Houses (or this Bid Series)

Contract Term: The Term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the award date established on NYCHAs Blanket Purchase Order or the issuance of the Notice to Proceed Order.  NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this contract with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods.

Limiting Award Provision: NYCHA has determined that it is in the best interest of NYCHA to award only one (1) of the Requirement contracts in this Bid Series to the lowest responsive, responsible individual Contractor, subject to the award limiting language (Step 1). Subject to NYCHAs responsive and responsibility determinations of the Bidder and the award limiting language set forth herein, to the extent there are other Requirement contracts in this Bid Series that are not yet awarded after Step 1, NYCHA, in its sole and absolute discretion, may award up to One (1) additional contract(s) to a Contractor or Contractors that has, pursuant to Step 1, been awarded the maximum number of contracts in this Bid Series (Step 2).

Solicitations Subjected to Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Schedule: Labor Law 220i Registration Certificates and Certification

Bidders are hereby notified that effective as of December 30, 2024, as a precondition to submitting its Bid, the Bidder and each subcontractor identified by the Bidder in its Bid, must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NY DOL) pursuant to Article 8, Section 220-i of the New York State Labor Law (LL 220-i).

Current Prevailing Wage Links are posted on iSupplier under the Quick Links Section of Sourcing Supplier.  The vendors are responsible for remaining informed of all updates to the Prevailing Wage Schedule.

Pre-qualification: To be considered eligible for the award, a bidder must pre-qualify as an 'Approved Supplier via NYCHA-Tile Pre-Qualification List (PQL) and appear on the active approved vendor list https://www.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/nycha-pql.page

Section 3 REO & OEO Plans: Section 3 REO & OEO Plans must be submitted via eComply, https://nycha.ecomply.us/ and no later than Bid Submission Deadline.
