IDIQ CONTRACT FOR PUMP REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT (HMSD) CITYWIDE WITH BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN FOCUS
Contract Term: Three (3) years with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods, at NYCHA's sole discretion.
Bid Security. Bid Security is required at the time of bid submission in the amount of 100% of the contract minimum as stated in the contract documents. Payment and Performance Bonds are required of the winning bidder and due during the award process in the amount of 100% of the contract minimum.
Scope of Work: This contract The Work to be performed by the contractor under this Contract (the work) shall consist of providing all labors, materials, equipment, and ancillary items necessary and appropriate for the repair of mechanical systems: The types of maintenance and repair that to be performed under this contract include but not limited to pump repair and replacement, etc. Replacement and Feedwater pump/house pumps: Replacement of existing Feedwater pumps. Provide duplex set of new Feedwater pumps and associated equipment including motors, bases, valves, piping modifications, controls and electrical work as and when needed in various developments in the Borough. Remove existing pumps, piping and associated equipment. Existing concrete, foundation is to be reused. Modify foundation as necessary to suit new pump set.
