CGC BARBARA MABRITY

The contractor shall perform drydock repairs on USCGC BARBARA MABRITY (WLM 559) for FY2027, including but not limited to: fire prevention requirements; hull plating side scan ultrasonic testing; underwater body preservation (100%); hull plating freeboard preservation (partial and 100%); hull and structural plating renewal (various steel plate weights); cracked steel weld repairs; degraded weld repairs; appendages leak test and internal preservation; chain lockers clean and inspect; tanks (MP fuel stowage/overflow, MP fuel service, potable water, lube oil, ballast, voids, dirty oil and waste, grey water holding, sewage holding) clean, inspect, and preserve; hydraulically operated cargo hatch inspect and service; both main diesel engine mounts renewal; main diesel engine check alignment; both Z-drive propulsion trains alignment; propulsion shaft bulkhead seals overhaul; Z-drive input drive shaft bearings inspect and alignment check; Z-drive propulsion units overhaul; Z-drive coolers clean and inspect; Z-drive input drive shaft thrust bearing renewal; heat exchangers clean, inspect and hydro; circuit breakers (60 Hz) inspect and test; fathometer transducer renew; underwater speed log transducers renew; sea valves and waste pieces overhaul or renew; sea strainers renew, overhaul, clean and inspect; sea bay preserve, clean and inspect; thruster unit overhaul and bearing renewal; anchor windlass inspect and service; anchor chains and ground tackle inspect, repair, and preserve; anchors preserve; hawse pipes preserve; towing bitts, chocks, and fairleads inspect and test; hull fittings (mooring and towing) inspect and test; warping capstan (aft) inspect and service; cathodic protection zinc anodes renew; drydock; temporary services provide; cargo hatch gasket renew; masts preserve; cargo hold deck preserve; superstructure surfaces preserve; ATON tie-down install; flame detectors replace; windows, watertight scuttles, weathertight doors, buoy chain port, quick acting watertight door renew; fuel oil system piping renew; bow thruster room plating repair; engine room demister inspect, repair, and preserve; supply/exhaust system renew; exterior window renew; tenting provide; independent NACE Inspector (Level 3) provide.
