COTP Series Capacitor Two-Phase Design Build

The Contractor will engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) by removing and replacing the existing series capacitor banks with new and in-kind series capacitor banks (no changes to series capacitor size, rating, segmentation, and line compensation level). The Contractor shall perform engineering design for full integration of new series capacitor banks into WAPA’s existing substation; as well as procure, install, test and commission all equipment. Work includes outdoor design, civil and structural design, protection and control design, equipment and material procurement, construction services, field and erection engineering services, and commissioning services. The project covers four sites: Maxwell Capacitor Switching Station, Tracy Substation, Olinda South Substation, and Olinda North Substation.
