The contractor must diagnose and correct inconsistent cylinder speed in the forward motion of the Fairfield 300T Swage, prove out the hydraulic system and backpressure circuit, evaluate the laser positioning system and potentially replace it with a wheel-style encoder, and coordinate with Robeck Fluid Power and a Controls Engineer. Additionally, the contractor shall supply and install a PH sensor and display for the phosphate tank, including a tank bung, sensor housing, cable, transmitter, wiring, and update documentation with wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
