MN-GLACIAL RIDGE NWR - Herbicide Application

The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to apply a tank mix of Vastlan, Milestone, and Escort XP herbicide to up to 92.0 acres of woody vegetation within Glacial Ridge NWR. The work includes mixing herbicides with drift control agent and non-ionic surfactant, applying only to uplands, and ensuring 90% spray coverage. The contractor must comply with all label rates, provide a safety/spill response plan, and collect data on spraying date, location, acres sprayed, chemical use, hours worked, and weather conditions. A 75% kill of targeted woody vegetation is required, with reapplication at no cost if not achieved.
