The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, transportation, and materials (except Government-furnished items) to perform complete aircraft exterior washes, pre-wash preparations, post-wash procedures, and lubrication services for 28 F-16C aircraft and two static display aircraft (one F-16 and one F-4) at Homestead Air Reserve Base. Work includes taping and barrier material installation, cleaning with approved compounds, lubrication per technical orders, post-wash de-preparation, and documentation in aircraft forms. The maximum normal allowable time for an F-16 wash is 8 hours per aircraft. The anticipated workload is 1 to 4 aircraft per week, with aircraft cleaned every 180 days.
