NCR-PRWI: PMIS 332221 REPLACE SHAH WELL

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, permits, materials, tools, and equipment to replace the existing shallow well with a new drilled well to a depth of at least 250 feet or until adequate water supply is achieved. Work includes establishing the best location for the new well, obtaining all state and local permits, installing a new drilled residential well system, water well supply pumps, piping, electrical wiring, switches, pressure/expansion tanks, valves, and all related components for a water service connection from the well to the house. The contractor must test all well operating controls, alarms, and systems, conduct water sample testing, and perform old well abandonment per county and state requirements, including proper closure, disconnects, grading, and grass seeding.
