The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, process oversight, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, pesticides, transportation, and labor to develop and implement an IPM plan for the St. Cloud VA Medical Center (656), 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303. Services include weekly inspections of all areas, emergency call-backs within 2 hours, non-emergent call-backs within 4 hours, quarterly and annual reporting, and management of a wide range of pests including structural arthropods, flying insects, pests of public health concern, stored product pests, rodents, pest birds, other vertebrate pests, and aquatic pests. The contract covers the St. Cloud VA Medical Center Campus and CBOCs in Alexandria, Baxter/Brainerd, Montevideo, Litchfield, and Cambridge as needed for bed bugs.
