The contractor shall provide and install two wall mounted electric forced air heaters between 15kW and 20KW, each with a stand alone wall mounted adjustable thermostat, and install units per manufacturer recommendations for minimum clearances. The contractor shall also provide and install all required electrical components, conduit, and wire in accordance with NEC and core building standards. The contractor shall coordinate sequencing and control measures with the Project Manager and Property Manager, prevent public access to work areas, and protect the public at all times. The contractor shall replace and/or repair any damage caused as a result of this project to pre-construction conditions. Notice to proceed will only be issued after all material is in contractor's possession. The contractor shall field verify all requirements at time of pre-bid walk through.
