All offerors (i.e. the vendor that will receive the award payment) must be an authorized
reseller or distributor for the original equipment manuafacturer to be considered for award.
ALL OFFERORS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PRICING FROM THE MANUFACTURER, AND
CONFIRM AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.

The vendor shall supply new, unused equipment in original manufacturer packaging, including video and AVoIP equipment (BZBGear Adamo 4K 25x NDI, BZBGear IPGear Ultra AVoIP, Kiloview Cube R1), audio equipment (Crown DCi 4|600N, Shure ULXD4Q receivers, Shure ULXD8 transmitters, Shure charging docks, Shure Microflex gooseneck microphones), displays and power (Samsung BE55FX-H televisions, APC Smart-UPS), networking (Netgear M4250-26G4F-PoE++), rack and mounting equipment (Middle Atlantic BGR-25SA-27, JBL Bolt-On Transformers), speakers (JBL Column Speaker Extensions, JBL Column Speakers, JBL Control Surface Mount Speakers), and lighting/DMX equipment (CHAUVET DJ Intimidator Spot 375ZX, CHAUVET DJ Obey 70 controller, CHAUVET DJ COLORband Spectra ILS RGB+WW LED Strip Lights). All items must be delivered with full manufacturer warranties, packaged to prevent damage, and shipped to NASA Ames Research Center, Building N255, Moffett Field, CA 94035. No substitutions are allowed without prior written NASA approval.
