The BOA Pricing Enterprise WAN Workbook and Enterprise WAN Task Orders 1 – 3 Spreadsheet is within the attached RFP, but we require all offerors to complete the BOA Pricing Enterprise WAN Workbook and Enterprise WAN Task Orders 1 - 3 Excel Worksheet files (separate attachments to this contract opportunity). Please follow ALL instructions when completing the workbooks. The RFP is non-transferable, unless approved in advance by the Contracting Officer. Please refer to the RFP package for all the requirements of this acquisition.
Please be sure to clearly indicate on the proposal response all contact information (i.e. account representative name, email addresses and phone numbers). Offerors shall pay particular attention to Section 7.3.1-06 “Identification and Delivery of Proposals-March 2009” of the RFP for specific proposal submission instructions.

To be considered for this opportunity, offerors shall provide all information required in the in the Phase I Technical Approach Section of the RFP, by 2 p.m. Monday, October 19, 2026, and 1:00 p.m. EST, Wednesday, November 16, 2026, for the rest of the proposal submission (if you wish to proceed). Any missing volumes or required information in the proposal submission may be considered non-responsive.
The contractor shall provide comprehensive managed services for enterprise WAN infrastructure, including colocation resources (racks and cages), WAN circuits, cloud connectivity, and associated network services. Specific requirements include: colocation services at seven hub locations (Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington DC/Northern Virginia, New York, Atlanta, Denver) with private cages and secure cabinets; 17 backbone circuits (10G) leveraging a hub-and-spoke model; direct cloud connectivity (20GB primary/secondary) at four colocation sites; internet connectivity (10GB primary/secondary) at four colocation sites; office connectivity circuits (1Gbps and 10Gbps) to numerous FDIC locations; cross-connects within colocation facilities and FDIC locations; and a centralized 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC). The contractor must assign a dedicated Project Manager and Circuit Vendor Coordination Lead, and provide deliverables including transition schedules, online portals, SLA reports, and outage documentation.
