This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 532120 The small business size standard is $47 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must deliver, install, and set up a 12 x 56’ mobile trailer at 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI 96720. The trailer must have HVAC providing cooling throughout the entire interior, which must be fully finished. The vendor will level the trailer, place it on blocks, tie it down, anchor it, and assemble an ADA compliant switch back ramp and stairs. The government will provide electrical connectivity and labor to the trailer from an existing panel. The rental period is 12 months, and upon completion the government will remove the electrical connection within 30 days. The contractor must also break down and pick up the trailer at the end of the rental.
