The goal of this project is to complete deferred maintenance upgrades to the existing Red Rock Lookout. This includes but not limited to roofing, lightning protection system, off-grid solar infrastructure, exterior finishes, interior finishes and other utility piping.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 236220. The small business size standard is $45 Million. This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, security, supervision, and other items and services necessary to complete all Red Rock Lookout Renovation activities. Work includes demolition, lead-based paint remediation, synthetic roof tile installation, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, door hardware, painting and coating, residential casework, plumbing piping, and photovoltaic collectors. The contractor must also design and install a new lightning protection system complying with NFPA 780 and a new off-grid solar system per Specification 263100, including battery storage for a minimum of 2 full days of usage. All work shall be completed in accordance with the provided drawing set and specification requirements.
