The contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing interior lighting control system and fixtures, and furnish and install a new complete interior lighting control system and compatible LED exhibit-grade lighting fixtures. Flooring work includes furnishing and installing approximately 1,846 square feet of new wood flooring in the Town Room, Gift Shop, Theater, and Second Floor Gallery; repairing and refinishing approximately 710 square feet of existing wood flooring in the Entrance, Foyer, Second Floor Hallway, and stair landings; and repairing approximately 22 linear feet of carpet in the Lincoln Bedroom. The contractor shall also provide all programming, commissioning, testing, as-built documentation, and training.
