PACS Maintenance SDVOSB Set-Aside

The contractor will provide quarterly preventive maintenance and emergency service for the PACS system, including Genetec Security Center, HID readers, Mercury controllers, and associated hardware. The contractor must be an approved reseller and factory trained authorized service technician for Genetec Physical Access Controls. Emergency services require initial acknowledgement and remote troubleshooting within four hours, with an on-site technician within 24 hours if needed. The contractor is responsible for all support agreements, including reinstatement fees and annual support renewals for Genetec.
