The selected vendor shall furnish Safety Eyewear Kits over the life of the contract, comprising 11 line items: safety glasses (green lens, grey lens, clear, gray), industrial goggles (clear lens, shade #6 IR lens, direct ventilation cover style, soft vinyl body), goggle lenses (shade No. 6 IR, clear replacement), and an industrial faceshield. All items must conform to ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2025 and be delivered as unassembled parts for assembly and packaging. A Certificate of Conformance is required with every shipment. The contractor must maintain an adequate inventory of supplies (maintenance stock) at its own expense, with specific quantities per item, and ensure availability for immediate fulfillment of Government orders.
