As the manufacturer of the SPECTROMAT mass spectrometer, Spectromat Massenspektrometer is the sole source for technical support and maintenance services for all SPECTROMAT instrumentation. No other contractor provides authorized, qualified SPECTROMAT parts.
In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101c(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency; however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1.
