The IDIQ contracts will support projects for DoS facilities worldwide. Task Orders will cover a wide range of services including professional support services (facility assessments, architectural and engineering studies, master plans, design, construction specifications, cost estimates, project management), constructability review of design documents (reviewing plans and specifications from a construction perspective, participating in Integrated Design Review at 35%, 65% and 90% phases), construction critical path with schedule and risk narrative (recommending construction period, identifying major risks and their impact), and project budget analysis (reviewing A/E cost estimates and recommending value engineering ideas to keep the project within budget).
