Electrical Inspection and Repair Services at Bosto

The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to perform electrical system inspections and repairs at The National Parks of Boston on a Time and Materials basis. Work includes comprehensive electrical system inspections of 20 buildings and associated grounds, repair services for panels, branch circuits, receptacles, lighting, grounding, life safety systems, and emergency repairs. The contractor must maintain 24/7 emergency response availability and respond to site within three hours of notification. All work requires a written quote approved by the COR before commencement. The contract covers a base year plus two option years, with annual ceilings of $100,000 (base), ~$103,000 (OY1), and ~$106,000 (OY2).
