The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install a new EPDM roof system over the existing roofing systems at 5378 Lindberg Street at USCG Base Cape Cod Housing units in Bourne, MA 02542. Work includes removing and disposing of all roofing materials, installing 1/2-inch perimeter edge nailer, 192 square feet of plywood sheathing repair, 20 linear feet of soffit vent repair, a new tapered insulation board system mechanically fastened, a fully adhered .060 EPDM rubber membrane, new drain covers, fascia system, drip edges, replacement of chimney aluminum flashing and flues, and fabrication and installation of .032 thickness 5-inch white aluminum edge metal along the perimeter of the roof.
