Parking Lot Project at Charles Russell NWR

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to rehabilitate the Route 906 parking area at the Lewistown Office at CMR NWR, including preconstruction site assessment, mobilization and site access controls, pavement rehabilitation (crack sealing, patching, fog seal/seal coat), drainage improvements (concrete swales and trench drains), concrete improvements (ADA ramp, sidewalk, curb and gutter), accessibility compliance with ABA/ADA standards, pavement markings and ADA signage, and erosion and sediment control, with completion required within 60 days of notice to proceed.
