The contractor must provide an EVOS M5000 Imaging System that includes an articulated LCD color monitor, GFP and RFP Light cube, fluorescence light bulb with different magnifications, and supports brightfield, phase-contrast, color brightfield, and up to two channels of fluorescence imaging. The system must enable four-color fluorescence imaging, brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast imaging, autofocus and Z-stack imaging, time-lapse capture, automated cell counting and confluency analysis, and transfection efficiency analysis. Assistance with installation and configuration is requested, as well as ongoing technical support from a local vendor.
