Rental- 60 Ton Temp Chiller System- PNSY

The contractor shall provide and lease a 60-ton air-cooled chiller unit, a pump, 400 ft of 4-inch non-collapsible hoses in 25-ft lengths, eight 90-degree elbows, and heat tape for freeze protection. The equipment must meet detailed mechanical, electrical, and material specifications including non-ferrous water-contact components, 480VAC 3-phase power, camlock connections, and hydrostatic testing. The contractor is responsible for all preventative maintenance, weekly equipment inspections, and repair or replacement within 24-48-72 hour response times. The contractor must also provide training, technical support, and deliverables such as certification data reports, hydrostatic test reports, calibration certificates, and maintenance plans. The base period is 52 weeks with options to extend up to an additional 52 weeks.
