F250 INDE HAZARDOUS TREE REMOVAL AND PRU

The contractor will remove hazardous trees and prune hazardous or unhealthy branches at Independence National Historical Park and related Philadelphia NPS sites, including selective clearing of trees at various diameters, structure pruning, individual hazardous limb pruning, hauling of felled trees and debris, and stump grinding flush with the ground. The contractor must keep records of trees removed, submit daily reports to the COR, follow ANSI pruning standards, obtain necessary City of Philadelphia permits for lane/street closures, and ensure all equipment and personnel meet OSHA and safety requirements. Work is to be performed under the supervision of an ISA-certified arborist and an on-site crew supervisor, with a one-year base period and four option years.
