The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to replace and install approximately 1,200 sq/ft of new LVT flooring and cove base in Building 4 Food and Nutrition Administration at the Amarillo VA Health Care Facility. Work includes demolition of existing flooring and cove base, proper disposal of waste, floor preparation (cleaning, leveling, repairing imperfections), installation of new LVT flooring (28-40 mils thickness, natural gray oak color, manufactured in the USA) with a standard 4" x 1/4" rubber cove base and vinyl transitions, and ICRA compliance. The contractor must coordinate with VA staff, provide daily progress reports, and complete the work within 45 calendar days of receiving notice to proceed.
