Contract Period of Performance:
Item # one (1) Block # one (1), TA-06AB1-26, 60 Acres – All harvest operations including tree felling, skidding, processing at the log deck and hauling shall be complete prior to 1 April 2028, final site rehabilitation activities of this item shall be complete by 1 April 2028. No tree cutting 1 April to 30 September.
Temporary closeout of skid trails shall occur if equipment will be moved either offsite or to a different log deck or if a severe storm event generally exceeding two inches (2”) of liquid precipitation occurs or is anticipated to saturate soils.
Item # two (2) Block # two (2), TA-06BA-26, 66 Acres – All harvest operations including tree felling, skidding, processing at the log deck and hauling shall be complete prior to 1 April 2028, final site rehabilitation activities of this item shall be complete by 1 April 2028. No tree cutting 1 April to 30 September.

The purchaser must harvest and remove designated standing timber from two blocks: Item 1 (60 acres, Block TA-06AB1-26) and Item 2 (66 acres, Block TA-06BA-26). Work includes tree felling, skidding, processing at the log deck, hauling, and final site rehabilitation. All harvest operations and site rehabilitation must be complete by 1 April 2028. No tree cutting is allowed from 1 April to 30 September. Temporary closeout of skid trails is required if equipment is moved offsite or to a different log deck, or if a severe storm event exceeding two inches of liquid precipitation occurs or is anticipated. The purchaser must comply with environmental protection measures, including repairing skid trails, logging decks, and haul roads to pre-harvest condition, and following Fort A.P. Hill Best Management Practices for Water Quality. The timber is sold by weight (tons) on a unit price basis.
