Conant Bank Stabilization

The project includes bank stabilization design and construction to address severe erosion that has made the raft launch unsafe and caused deposition at the concrete boat ramp, as well as an option for parking area expansion design and construction. Work involves in-water bank protection, channel realignment, rock armoring, and potential use of willow pole plantings and large wood. The parking expansion includes enhancing the kayak parking lot area with signage, markings, and minor pedestrian accommodations. The contractor must also provide quality control and safety plans within 10 days after award.
