The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.

Drawings, references and TGIs are available to quoters listed on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website. The contractor must supply 11 valves (7 units for CLIN 0001 and 4 units for CLIN 0002) meeting detailed specifications: Outside Screw-Yoke bonnet, Flange All Ends connection, 1.500 inches valve size, 1500.0 lbs per sq foot operating pressure, Cobalt Alloy material, Steel seat material, Steel body material, and Steel Comp 302 stem material. The contractor must be an approved manufacturer of the NSN/NIIN. Delivery is FOB Origin to SRF AND JRMC YOKOSUKA, Japan, on or before 24 Dec 2026. The contractor must comply with packaging, marking, and item unique identification requirements as specified in the solicitation.
