The contractor shall provide turnkey event planning and execution services to include securing conference space, reserving a dedicated lodging block, and providing fully integrated Audio/Visual (A/V) multimedia support for a Department of the Air Force conference. The contractor must secure a main conference space of at least 1,200 sq. ft. for 80 attendees in classroom setup, a breakout space for 10 personnel, a block of 35 lodging rooms at or below $275/night, and provide all A/V equipment as specified in Appendix 1, with operational readiness by 0800 on 14 September 2026.
