Young Federal Building in Saint Louis, Missouri. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the Governments’ needs and force protection security requirements. The lessor must be willing to accept a twenty-year lease with a one-year firm term with 19 one-year options under our leasing authority, Title 10 USC 2661.
