TELESCOPING MAST PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The FLNG-CDP requires a life cycle replacement for a critical component of the YF309J, Trailer, Special Purpose-the primary telescopic tower utilized by the Air and Marine Reconnaissance Team (AMRT) during reconnaissance and observation (R&O). AMRT seeks a commercial off the shelf platform that provides next generation command and control (NGC2), on the move (OTM) and at the halt (ATH) capabilities.
The desired platform must meet the following capabilities:
Base tube diameter is not more than seven inches.
No more than 6 mast sections.
Retracted height no more than 70 inches, with an extended mast height of 20 feet.
Total mast weight under 205 lbs.
Mast must support 200 lbs. payload.
MIL-STD-810 tested aluminum and stainless-steel construction.
Manual winch with self-lubricating shims.
Upper and lower electro-mechanical safety switches.
Custom mast head adaptor for various sensors.
Cable guide rings on each mast section.
Tool-less accessories to simplify set up and storage.
Extended wall mount to attach mast to Mobile Operations Command Trailer.
Drainage ports.
The contractor shall furnish and deliver one AMRT Telescoping Mast that meets the following capabilities: base tube diameter not more than seven inches; no more than 6 mast sections; retracted height no more than 70 inches with an extended mast height of 20 feet; total mast weight under 205 lbs; mast must support 200 lbs payload; MIL-STD-810 tested aluminum and stainless-steel construction; manual winch with self-lubricating shims; upper and lower electro-mechanical safety switches; custom mast head adaptor for various sensors; cable guide rings on each mast section; tool-less accessories to simplify set up and storage; extended wall mount to attach mast to Mobile Operations Command Trailer; and drainage ports. Delivery is FOB destination to W8AK FLARNG ELEMENT, JF HQ, 2305 STATE ROAD 207, ST AUGUSTINE, FL 32086-9329, on or before 31 March 2027.
