336 TRSS Heavy Equipment Rental - AMENDED

The contractor shall provide and deliver five commercial-grade heavy construction assets to the 336 TRSS training sites in Cusick, WA for a 60-day rental period. Equipment includes: one Medium Class Motor Grader (150-260 HP, 40,000-45,000 lbs, 12-14 ft moldboard), one Commercial Water Truck (1,500-2,500 gallons with spray bars and pump), one Compact/Mini Excavator (9,000-14,000 lbs, 11 ft digging depth, with 12-inch tooth bucket, 36-inch smooth bucket, and thumb attachment), one Compact Track Loader (2,900-4,000 lbs ROC, vertical lift, with utility bucket), and one Commercial Dump Truck (Class 8, 10-12 cubic yards). The contractor must deliver within 10 days after award, include all shipping costs, and provide standard commercial maintenance support for the rental duration. Delivery, inspection, acceptance, and pickup occur at 3962 Tacoma Creek Rd., Cusick WA 99119. The government anticipates a maximum of 320 operating hours per machine over the 60-day period.
