The Contractor shall perform the planning, scheduling, coordination, management control and execution of site power upgrade efforts to ensure completion of power surveys, procurement and delivery of installation bill of materials (IBOM), and development of engineering solutions for power upgrades at all DISN locations. The effort also includes installation and testing to deliver complete, active, and operational direct current power upgrades, as well as decommissioning of power equipment and circuits.
