S.C. Code 46-41-60 requires an applicant for an agricultural products dealer license to deliver to the Commissioner a surety bond (or equivalent security) before a license issues, in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars or an amount equal to the maximum monthly business done or estimated by the applicant, whichever is less.
