Minn. Stat. 97B.905 governs raw-fur-dealer licenses and requires an applicant, at the time of application, to furnish a corporate surety bond in favor of the state for $1,000, payable upon violation of the game and fish laws. The license is issued by the DNR. Supplemental fur-buyer licenses for employees buying or selling for a licensed dealer are addressed separately.
