Maryland's community solar program is administered by the Public Service Commission under COMAR Title 20, Subtitle 62 (originally the CSEGS pilot, later continued as a permanent program). A subscriber organization registering with the PSC has generally been required to post security of $25,000 per MW of program capacity above the first MW. Program rules have changed over time — confirm the current bond amount and form with the Public Service Commission.
