The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the renovation of Main Treasury 5th Floor South Courtyard Offices, including electrical work, lighting, cutting and patching, and coordination with existing conditions. Work includes service equipment, power and lighting feeders, receptacles, lighting system, and final connections of mechanical equipment. All work shall conform to applicable building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and energy codes and standards.
