Compressed Gases and Dry Ice

The contractor must provide multiple types of compressed air and gases as outlined in Attachment 1, including supply, delivery, vessel rental, telemetry monitoring, and surcharges. The contractor must deliver and install all required compressed gas storage and dispensing equipment, including cylinders, dewars, tube trailers, bulk tanks, vaporizers, regulators, telemetry devices, and associated piping, in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws. The contractor must provide an account number specific to JLC for multiple GPC holders, a tracking system for tanks, and a quarterly status report. Deliveries of individual tanks and dry ice placed before 5:00 pm CST on Mondays must be delivered by Wednesday of the same week. Microbulk and bulk tank systems must be installed and operational within 2 weeks of authorization, with automated telemetry and continuous monitoring. The contractor must also manage transition-in and transition-out activities, including cylinder inventory and reconciliation.
