BACKGROUND: The 151st Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (ISRG), located at the Roland R. Wright Utah Air National Guard Base in Salt Lake City, UT, has a requirement to acquire and replace the existing raised access computer floor tiles located in Building 302, Room 110 Bullpen area.

Quotations in response to this soliciation shall be submitted via email to MSgt Berkeley Ward at berkeley.ward@us.af.mil AND Capt Jemimah Griggs at jemimah.griggs.1@us.af.mil no later than the stated solicitation closing date and time.

Changes made in amendment 0001 (15 July 2026)

Amendment 0001 has been officially posted to SAM.gov for Solicitation W50S9A26QA012, Raised Access Flooring Tiles.

The purpose of this amendment is to update key solicitation milestones and documents to ensure all offerors have accurate and complete information prior to proposal submission.

Specifically, this amendment incorporates the following:

• Attachment 4 – Site Visit Instructions (Dated 15 July 2026):

• A pre-proposal site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, 22 July 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM MDT.

• Please refer to Attachment 4 for crucial instructions regarding attendance registration, base/installation access procedures, and point of contact details.

• Extended Solicitation Closing Date:

• To accommodate the site visit and allow sufficient time to incorporate findings, the closing date for the receipt of proposals has been extended to 28 July 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT.

• Updated Attachment 1 – Specification (Updated 15 July 2026):

• This attachment has been revised to clarify the technical scope. Ensure your technical proposal is developed in accordance with this updated version.

• Updated Attachment 2 – Pictures (Updated 15 July 2026):

• Updated site photographs have been uploaded to provide visual context of the work area and existing site conditions.

• Updated CLIN 0001's estimated delivery date from 'on or before 1 September 2026' to 'on or before 15 September 2026.'

Acknowledgment of Amendment:

In order to be considered for award, all offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their final proposal submission. You may accomplish this by signing Blocks 8 & 15 of the Standard Form (SF) 30 Amendment and submitting it with your technical proposal package.
