We were just informed by our funding office that funding for this project will not become available until 01 October 2026.
With that said, and the latest project request for proposal prices to be valid to 30 June 2026, we are now going to once again reopen the solicitation with another amendment to all contractors that have provided proposals to allow revised proposals with prices valid till 31 October 2026.

The following is the DOR response to RFI #7:
"The LED Text Sign needs to meet both UFC requirements and Tinker AFB
Standards and have a second line that can scroll message from left to right. The
proposed text sign attached to this RFI will not meet the Tinker AFB Standards. The
LED Text Sign is not required to be Monaco, but will need to meet both UFC and
Tinker AFB Standards.
If the LED Text Sign installed does not meet the required classification, the
enclosure for the LED Text Sign will need to be listed or approved for installation
within a Class 1/Division 1 area. The proposed enclosure does not meet Class
1/Division 1 and the use of a purging/pressurization system to achieve the
classification is not approved. The installation is concerned about using any
enclosure that would drive additional maintenance requirements."
