The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Heating Fuel Supply, Hopkinton Lake and Everett Lake, Hopkinton and Weare, NH.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide up to 5,250 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Hopkinton Everett Lakes Project at four (4) separate project buildings and provide up to 1,300 gallons of Off Road Diesel that meet Ultra Low Sulfur Requirements to the Everett Dam Gatehouse. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Supply Requirement.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 324110 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1500 Employees.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
The contractor shall supply up to 5,250 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to four separate project buildings at Hopkinton Everett Lakes (Hopkinton Lake Project Office, Hopkinton Lake Gatehouse, Merrimack River Basin Office, and Everett Lake Project Office) and supply up to 1,300 gallons of Off Road Diesel (ultra-low sulfur) to the Everett Dam Gatehouse. Deliveries are on an automatic recurring basis for heating oil and on-call for diesel. The contractor must coordinate with the TPOC, comply with USACE safety requirements (EM 385-1-1), attend a Pre-Initial Delivery Conference, and submit invoices after each delivery. The period of performance is from contract award to May 31, 2027.
