BONNET CARRE SPILLWAY STRUCTURE GRATING SUPPLY CONTRACT St. Charles Parish, LA

The contractor shall provide all materials for Bonnet Carre Spillway Structure Grating as outlined in the Bidding Schedule and Material & Requirements Paragraphs. The contractor is responsible for purchasing and delivery of all materials to the Bonnet Carre Spillway's project maintenance yard (16302 River Rd., Norco, LA). The work includes furnishing 70 each of 20-foot span and 70 each of 24-foot span hot dipped galvanized welded bar grating walkway panels, serrated, non-banded with bar dimensions of 1-1/4" x 3/16" (19-W-4), and 1,000 hot dipped galvanized "G-Type" grating clips. All materials shall be transported using appropriate cribbing, and galvanized grating clips shall be adequately boxed and secured for transport. The Government will offload and store all materials upon delivery; any materials not properly boxed and palleted will not be accepted until placed and secured in boxes and set on pallets. Materials may be delivered in part or whole at the discretion of the contractor with advance notice provided to the Delivery POC.
