The contractor shall remove all existing rubber flooring and adhesive glue, properly dispose of the material, prepare the concrete floor, and install new rubber flooring with a minimum thickness of 1/3 inch, black in color, slip resistant, and chemical resistant (specifically to petroleum products). The contractor shall ensure all seams are flush and properly connected with no gaps or buckling, groove all open seams, and apply seam welding treatment. At the end of each day and at project completion, the contractor will clean all job-related debris from the area.
