For the support of MEG (magnetoencephalography) and Helium Recovery Systems (HRS) Systems for the period of one (1) year
The contractor shall provide technical support and maintenance services including access to support and emergency support, preventative maintenance services, access to replacement parts and product repairs, software patches and advisory information, and fee-based access to new software or products. Incidental services include material repairs, on-site labor and travel, and technical support beyond specified credits. The contractor is required to provide written reports for all service visits covering work completed and any problems encountered.
