Port of Memphis, TN - kenneling services

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and facilities required to provide kenneling services for U.S. Customs and Border Protection Service (CBP) owned canines. The number of canines is currently four (4) and subject to change. The kennel must be accessible 24/7, with canines retrievable within 10 minutes. The contractor must ensure the kennel is clean, sanitary, and secure, with specific requirements for run construction, flooring, drainage, lighting, fencing, and temperature control. The contractor is responsible for feeding (CBP supplies dog food), bathing (max once per month), and observing canine health, with procedures for illness, injury, or escape. Veterinary services are included, performed by a licensed veterinarian with COR authorization. The contractor must maintain records, submit monthly invoices, and provide secure parking and 24-hour access for CBP officers.
