The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, transportation, and equipment to deliver, install, configure, and test a complete VHF/UHF radio system. Scope includes de-installation and disposal of the legacy radio system, installation of a new transceiver and power amplification in the designated rack, installation of a base station antenna on the roof of Building 1530, and configuration of the remote-control dispatch console in the MOCC.
