This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Solicitation number 36C26326Q0992 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-07.
Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov).
Quotes will only be accepted from responsible offerors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 238220 with a size standard of $19 million.

The VA anticipates one firm fixed price contract award for the repairs of HVAC systems at the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Ave. Omaha, NE 68105.
FAR provisions 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and 52.212-3 apply to this procurement and are detailed within the attached solicitation document.

The contractor will replace converter one tube bundle and gaskets at the AC Plant; replace a steam coil and trap in Sleep Room 6506; replace seven steam coils, seven filter banks, seven steam traps, and seven 2-way control valves in Building 9; replace the Microbiology preheat glycol pump skid; investigate and report on cross-connection in hot and cold water loops; replace isolation plug valves in the AC Plant; replace a reheat steam coil in OR5/7; replace fan bearings and repair the fan base in AHU 2 Cath Lab; and replace a reheat steam coil in PACU Room 4064. All work must comply with OSHA, NFPA, and VA safety standards, and be performed with minimal disruption to hospital operations.
