The contractor shall supply fuel to the U.S. Embassy Nepal, including logistics, customs, shipping, transportation, insurance, administrative and all associated management support functions. The contractor must provide gasoline (12,000 liters), Diesel HSD 12kl (48,000 liters), and Diesel HSD 20kl (60,000 liters) on CIF Kathmandu terms. Deliveries are to be made in partial lots using 12,000-liter and 20,000-liter tankers within ten calendar days of each order, to the American Embassy / Phora Kantipath, Kathmandu address.
