The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, facilities, transportation, and equipment to deliver mobile crane services. The work includes providing and maintaining cranes of 50, 75, and 150-ton capacities (including rough terrain and floating cranes) for long-term and short-term leasing, rigging services, and operator-equipped cranes. Cranes must meet NAVFAC P-307, COMNAVREG MIDLANT INSTRUCTION 11262.1, and 29 CFR 1926 standards. The contractor is responsible for preventive maintenance, critical repairs (initiated within 2 hours, 7 days a week), emergency repairs (initiated within 24 hours, 5 days a week), and must comply with SCA wage determinations for Connecticut and Rhode Island. All cranes shall be five years or newer at lease start, be equipped with LMI and anti-two block systems, and pass NDT hook testing. Work is ordered via task orders against CLINs and ELINs.
